South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier will face Auburn on Saturday.

AUBURN -- The game time and television network for Auburn's game with South Carolina are set.

The Tigers will host the Gamecocks at 6:30 p.m. CT on Saturday on the SEC Network, the SEC announced.

The game was one of three under consideration, along with Alabama at Tennessee and Ole Miss at LSU, to be televised either on ESPN, ESPN2 or the SEC Network. After this weekend's results, Ole Miss at LSU was selected to be on ESPN at 6:15 p.m. and Alabama at Tennessee will play on ESPN2.

Auburn (5-1, 2-1 SEC) is coming off an open week looking to rebound from its first loss of the season at Mississippi State, while South Carolina (4-3, 2-3) defeated Furman.

Auburn holds a 9-1-1 lead in the all-time series, with South Carolina's only win coming in 1933.

Gus Malzahn has defeated Steve Spurrier in all three of their meetings, all of which came when Malzahn was Auburn's offensive coordinator from 2009-2011.
