Four-star forward Danjel Purifoy commits to Auburn

Less than 30 hours before Bruce Pearl's three-year NCAA show-cause penalty concludes, his staff landed its biggest high school recruit yet.

Four-star forward Danjel Purifoy, a top 60 prospect in the 247Sports Composite rankings, committed to Auburn during the Under Armour Elite 24 event Friday night.

The 6-foot-6 190 pound Purifoy is the first 2015 prospect to commit to Auburn.

The Centerville native will attend Chatham (Virginia) Hargrave Military Academy this year.
