Auburn running back Roc Thomas is expected to play against Texas A&M after rolling his ankle against Ole Miss.

AUBURN -- True freshman running back Roc Thomas is expected to be "fine with no major issues" after suffering an ankle injury against Ole Miss.

Thomas had three carries for 18 yards, all in the first half, and was seen limping as he left the field.

"Roc's fine," Auburn offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee said. "He rolled an ankle, and he could have gone back in, probably wouldn't have been full speed. So, at that point, (running backs coach Tim) Horton just decided that Corey (Grant) and (Cameron Artis-Payne), the seniors on the road that were full speed, would ride it out."
